Top Two Tuesday - Splurges

I love Taylor's theme for this week's Top Two Tuesday.  Splurges?  Oh who doesn't love a good splurge every once and a while?  Even I - the super cheap, coupon clipper, penny pincher herself - can buy off on a worth while splurge every now and again.

Product
Seriously, I love products: hair, makeup, lotions, perfumes, etc.  If it smells good and is "the new miracle" product - I'm in.  Unfortunately, I haven't been able to splurge a lot these days.  My sister is currently enrolled in cosmotology school and works at a wholesale beauty supply store.  I will be making the trip to see her soon to take full advantage of her 20% discount off wholesale prices.  Oh I can't wait!

Travel

This is a splurge that hubby and I enjoy together.  We have so many places on our list that we hope to visit in our lifetime together some of which include Italy, Greece, Asia (all of it!), Jamaica (again please!) and a cross country tour of the US.  We hope to make it to Chicago in the fall and NYC for Christmas.  I just love seeing new places and exploring other cultures.  More than anything I enjoy sharing those experiences with my husband.

What about you?  Everyone has a splurge - what's yours?  Stop by Taylor's blog and join in the fun!

I am totally with you on both of those!!!!! I spend a great deal of money on products and I have way too many that I don't use. I also like to splurge on shoes, clothes and beauty (hair, nails, facial...etc.)

Have a great day!! :)

Oooh ours for sure is traveling! Since I've met my hubby (2 1/2 years) we've been pretty much all through Europe, AND are going for another 2 weeks in THREE DAYS!!! So I'm with you on this splurge

Great splurges! Mine include hair indulgences (foil highlights and cuts at Aveda... mmm) and clothes, mainly tops. I'm a layering queen and I love anything vintage-inspired.

Oh trouble trouble trouble. :)

Hey Amber! I know I just e-mailed you, but here are replies to your blog comments :-) First: splurges - yup, totally travel! Not as often as I'd love, but we do try and get away as much as we're able! So fun! - As for Swagbucks, did you download the tool bar? If so, as long as you use the search in the toolbar for your searches (and are logged in), then you'll start earning bucks. It's not every search - maybe every 5 or so? It's kinda random. Fridays are bit SB days where they give away more (value wise) and also more frequently. The SB search is more limiting than google, but if you don't find what you're looking for, instead of typing in google.com, I "search" for it, then at least it counts for SB :-) There are other ways to earn too...look for a blog post soon about it if more people join! Encourage your friends too :-) Let's see, seems like you had another question...oh yeah! My answers for the KCParty are coming! I just posted about the party last night at 1am, and so didn't have much brain left to do mine.~ Happy Wednesday!
